Poppy Patch Child Care Center Phase II Poppy Patch II is located in the San Diego building of the Franchise Tax Board. New playground equipment, tot-turf, and sandbox. Poppy Patch Child Care Center Phase III Poppy Patch III has an advanced modernized infant/toddler center, which is located in the east end of the Town Center, adjacent to the Butterfield Light Rail Station.    Who Do We Serve: We are conveniently located to serve state employees and open to the public.    Safety Measures: Poppy Patch is a secured center requiring a badge card for accessibility. This provides added safety for our children.       Meals: The Poppy Patch provides a nutritional breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks for all programs.    Licenses: We are licensed to provide day care services for children (ages 6 weeks to preschool) in Sacramento CA.
